Roundster.gg is an on-demand chess coaching platform that connects players with coaches for real-time voice coaching sessions during live chess games. We facilitate the connection between coaches and players but are not responsible for the quality of coaching provided.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to cheat in rated chess games on third-party platforms

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Coaches set their own rates, and Roundster.gg facilitates the payment between players and coaches. Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis. If you experience issues with a coaching session, please contact us.

6. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches are independent service providers, not employees of Roundster.gg. Coaches are responsible for the quality of their coaching, setting appropriate rates, and maintaining professional conduct during sessions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Roundster.gg and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Roundster.gg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
